Snow Discussion Pros and Cons: Sierra Cement and Champagne Powder

Powder, Sierra cement, white stuff, champagne, gnar gnar, the fluffy stuff, or whatever way you choose to call it, SNOW. As the season approaches, snow insidiously starts to creep into our minds distracting us from our daily lives. Inevitably, snow has begun filling my thoughts and made me think of an age old debate over who has the best snow. Is it the Sierra Nevadas and Cascade Mountains in California, Oregon, and Washington? Or is it the Rocky Mountains in Utah, Colorado, and Wyoming?

Hi Everyone,

At this point I am sure no one is reading this because this is my first blog post (I guess you have to start somewhere)!

Anyway I am the Founder, Owner, and CEO of StoreYourBoard.com and I am creating this blog to keep you informed of new happenings at StoreYourBoard.com (including killer DEALS!), things of interest in the various sports we cover (surfing, snowboarding, skateboarding, skiing, wakeboarding, SUP, ect), and maybe some interesting stuff about me and the company.

As of now my personal favorite sports are Skiing and Wakeboarding.  I try to Surf as much as possible but not living by the beach hurts that cause a bit.  Below is a picture of a particularly good day at Snowbird in UT.  Every time I look at the waist deep powder bliss it gives me chills and I crave more....
