Two sisters paddled out from Tybee Island, Georgia to enjoy some time out on the water. 8 hours later, they ended up on the shore of Hilton Head Island, sunburned and exhausted. Stormy weather hit the area where they were paddleboarding leaving them at the mercy of the storm and the wind, which blew them approximately 8 miles north, across the mouth of the Savannah River and then into the Calibogue Sound.
